1. Create Your Custom Plan
Together, we’ll identify the improvements that will make the biggest impact on your home’s appeal and market potential, then establish a budget tailored to your goals.
2. Bring Your Vision to Life
When you're ready, I can guide you through the process of working with trusted contractors and vendors, if desired, or you can choose and work with your own preferred professionals to bring your vision to life.
3. Showcase Your Home at Its Best
Once the improvements are complete, we’ll launch your home on the market, beautifully presented and positioned to attract buyers and maximize its selling potential.
4. Pay Later, Not Upfront
Enjoy the benefits of Compass Concierge without paying upfront. Payment for services and any applicable fees* is due when your home sells, you terminate your listing agreement with Compass, or 12 months after your Concierge start date, whichever comes first.
